Recovery Fitness Club was founded in July 2022 by Faith Gezimati (Coach Fay), our goal is to help individuals recover their health and fitness through targeting both nutrition/diet and physical exercise. Being able to be on track with nutrition and physical exercise will eventually result in an awesome body transformation. We offer personal training sessions , group fitness classes, online workouts, nutrition coaching and recovery challenges. For any of the above mentioned , this is the right place to be.
